Our Burgers are:   Mainland burger: 8 oz blend of short rib & chuck patty cooked to temperature with choice of cheese, lettuce tomato onion on brioche bun.   Smashburger: two 4 oz smash patties with sauteed onions, special house sauce on a Martin’s potato bun. Add tots or fries for $2.
