Owners Harris Khan & Mary Schultz are veterans of the food & beverage industry. Their shared belief that hospitality should be the driving force behind any restaurant, combined with their passion for food, is the backbone of the business model for Mainland Container Co.
Executive Chef Daven Coad is graduate of The Culinary Institute of Charleston. His passion for food & innovative ideas will be the driving force of our seasonal menu.
